Problem

Visitors attending live events need quick answers before they arrive — what is on this weekend, when doors open, where to park, how to access tickets, whether the venue is accessible. On most venue websites those answers are buried across multiple pages, creating friction during planning and driving unnecessary support requests.

Approach

I designed the assistant as a guided conversation rather than a search box, mapping user intents first and then building the dialogue flows and fallback logic that carry someone from event discovery through to ticket purchase.
